Ron Josephs, interviewed for the Millers Point Oral History Project, 26 October 2005
There was a certain spirit in the place, a clan spirit or whatever it was, tribe. I know a lot of the priests, the ministers, from St Patrick’s said there was something special about Millers Point. They all liked being there, they liked what they experienced. If someone was in need others would come to their aid and help them out, offer to do ironing or washing or cooking, that
type of thing. So there was a good community spirit there, I would say.
