I witnessed a foreman, he used to scream all the time, he was a screamer and he’d be screaming at everyone, he’d say, ‘Come out and meet the hooks,’ and everyone used to come out and shake hands with the hook. It was on a Sunday and he was screaming at these fork lift drivers, and these fork lifts are as big as this house, huge, he was screaming so much the fork lift driver couldn’t hear him and consequently ran over the top of him and he ended up about half an inch thick, run straight over the top of him, so he never ever screamed again.
